Capitol 1212 was founded by my friend Dave Boyd. I used to help Dave run his Hip Hop workshops at the Royal Edinburgh psychiatric hospital. While working with the kids there I wrote heaps of new material with them and with them in mind, this song is one of them. We recorded it at the Banana Row Studios in Edinburgh on a $6000 microphone. I felt like a real recording artist.
